- A $25 Non-Refundable retainer is required and used towards the appointment unless you are required to pay in full! The retainer can be transferred only! Send to Cashapp- $BossLadyBitty with your appointment date/time provided for the convenience or a payment invoice from Square +$3 card fee will be provided to the phone number & email provided on file due to updated processing fees! No exceptions!

-Bittys Bussin Nailz Studio address is TBA! The current address will be provided once the appointment has been confirmed!

- If the appointment is cancelled and not transferred for any reason, the retainer is non-refundable and a $15 cancellation fee will be added to your account that does not go towards a new appointment! If another appointment is requested you must pay any remaining balance on your account, or you are banned from booking!

-NO CALL, NO SHOWS are BANNED from future bookings! No exceptions!

​

-Travel is available per request for a fee! Your address provided will determine your custom travel fee due at time of booking! A confirmation text will be provided when booking always!

-There is a 10min grace period only! Afterwards the appointment will be cancelled & available for the next client!

- Receive a 25% off gift card on your 4th appointment booked!

- Every referral booked will receive $5 off added to your account for use!

-Please notify in advance for out of state travel requests before booking to confirm the availability. The out of state travel fee starting rate is $150+! You must create a client profile online when booking and provide your address!

• For all travel needs please acknowledge that the designated area needed to conduct services must be in a suitable working environment or your appointment will be transferred to a later time/date for better accommodations, No Exceptions!
