- A $30 Non-Refundable retainer is due via Cashapp at the time of booking and used towards the appointment! The remaining balance is due in Cash or a $5 card fee is due via Cashapp, Apple Pay, or Square Invoice! No appointments will be held without a payment! First come, First served! No exceptions!

- A $25 visa gift card will be provided to all clients that book an appointment in full!

-Travel full sets are $150 minimum with the travel fee already included in the price within Birmingham/Hoover city limits! Please book all travel appointments 24 hours in advance! Travel sets out of state must contact for the proper consultation/pricing!

• For all travel needs please acknowledge that the designated area needed to conduct services must be in a suitable working environment or your appointment will be transferred/cancelled to a later time/date for better accommodations, No Exceptions!

- If the appointment is cancelled and not transferred for any reason within 30 days, the retainer is non-refundable and you will be banned from booking!

-There is a 15-minute grace period only! I understand that life happens but if I do not receive notice of your tardiness, the appointment will be cancelled and a $15 cancellation fee will be added to your account! No exceptions love!
