- This policy is strictly enforced to elude major inconveniences for all parties involved!

- I am a Full time, Certified Beauty Consultant that specializes in Exclusive Luxury Nails, Braid Extensions and Exclusive Lashes/Eyebrows by appointments only!

​

- I do not rush any services for the ultimate experience, so please schedule accordingly! The time listed for most services are adjusted due to travel, time management & minor inconveniences that may present themselves unknowingly!

​

- I only work with acrylic powder at this time! Gel X nail models are needed! If you are interested, please text MODEL to 205-810-1301!

-Any appointment booked outside of the calendar availability is a VIP appointment ($150)! The travel fee must be paid with the retainer when booking!

- A $25 Non-Refundable retainer or payment in full is required when booking an appointment! The retainer must be sent to Cashapp- $BossLadyBitty with your appointment date/time provided for the convenience or a payment invoice + $3 card fee will be provided to the phone number & email provided on file!

- Keep in mind when reserving a appointment, it is not secured without a payment! The appointment must be confirmed the day of the appointment or a $15 cancellation fee will be applied to your account and paused from booking until paid!

- Travel is temporarily required for a fixed rate of $45 within the city limits. Please notify in advance if travel is requested out of state before booking to confirm the availability & travel fee starting at $100+! You must create a client profile online when booking and provide your address! 

​

• For all travel needs please acknowledge that the designated area needed to conduct services must be in a suitable working environment or your appointment may be forfeited to a later time/date for better accommodations where applicable! (Disclosure: It cannot be humid, unsanitary, or cluttered in the work area for the ultimate experience! No extra guest in the work area unless an appointment is booked! )​​​​​​​​​

-All debit transactions require a $3 card fee due to updated card processing fees. Cash is always accepted upfront as the remaining balance before services are fully rendered! 

 

- Re-schedules due to weather & emergencies unforeseen are transferable once and must be done using the confirmation e-mail provided or via text!

-If you cancel the appointment during the 24 hour cancellation policy, the retainer is non-refundable and a $15 cancellation fee will be added to your account! If another appointment is requested, you must pay any remaining balance on your account and retainer again or you are simply banned from booking!

- Be aware that anything fraudulent and/or disputed will be reported and banned from booking!

- No child under 13 years of age is to be unsupervised by a guardian in the work area! Kids will break things & the guardian will be responsible for reimbursement! No exceptions!

- A Complimentary care package is provided at every appointment while supplies last! Thank you for the support love!

- Please do not rip your nails off before your appointment, it results in severe damage contrary to beliefs! If any severe damage is present, you will be recommended to a physician/urgent care for assistance and/or your appointment will be re-scheduled until you are properly healed! A soak off +$25 is recommended!

- All gift certificates must be added to the appointment by client & can only be used 1 time once received!
