- This policy is strictly enforced to elude major inconveniences for all parties involved! Please be respectful and patient while trusting the process or your access will be denied entirely!

- A $25 Non-Refundable deposit (retainer) or payment in full is required and used towards service when booking!

Send to Cashapp- $BossLadyBitty or Chime- $BossLadyBitty for the convenience or payment in full is required via invoice sent to the phone number/email provided on file!

-Debit transactions require a $3 card fee due to updated processing fees. Cash is always accepted in full before services are rendered or once the retainer is paid! 

 

- Re-schedules due to weather & emergencies unforeseen are transferable once and must be done using the confirmation e-mail provided or via text!

-If you cancel the appointment during the 24 hour cancellation policy when paying the retainer, the deposit is non-refundable due to services withheld! If you paid in full, 65% of the service total will be refunded at the business proprietors' discretion! If another appointment is requested, you must pay the deposit all over again!

- Keep in mind when reserving a appointment, it is not secured without a payment! The appointment will be cancelled if not confirmed via automated text!

- Be aware that anything fraudulent/disputed will be reported/banned from booking!

- I only work with acrylic powder! No dip powder, SNS, or Gel X nails!

- I do/will not rush any services for the ultimate experience, so please schedule accordingly! The time listed for most services are adjusted due to time management of service/minor inconveniences that may present themselves unknowingly!

- No child under 13 years of age is to be unsupervised by a guardian in the work area! (Kids will break things & the guardian will be responsible for reimbursement! No exceptions!)

-No extra guest unless an appointment is booked!

- Complimentary refreshments x snacks are available during service while supplies last!

​

- Walk in's require payment in full at time of booking via debit transaction to elude any inconveniences when securing your spot! A payment invoice will be provided for the convenience via text/e-mail!​​​​​​​

- If a soak off is needed please add it to your appointment when booking or a up charge +$25 or re-schedule will be recommended! You are welcomed to send a image of your current state of nails for a proper consultation before your arrival!

 

- Please do not rip your nails off before your appointment, it results in severe damage no matter what! Knowledge is Power! If any severe damage is present, you will be recommended to a physician for care and/or your appointment will be re-scheduled until you are properly healed for service!*

- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, it is your responsibility to speak up to be accommodated for the inconvenience before leaving the studio!

- All gift certificates must be added to the appointment by client & can only be used 1 time once received!!
