My name is Ari better known as Bitty! I am a licensed freelance nail technician from Birmingham, AL with over 3+ years of self-taught experience before attending & graduating from cosmetology school in July 2023!

• PSA- A $25.00 non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure appt. & used towards service total. 

​

• Once the appt. is booked, you will receive a square payment link for retainer due via phone number or email provided! It must be paid upon receiving the link or your appt. will be cancelled & charged a 100% surcharge fee for services withheld. ​

​

• For all debit card transactions ($5 card fee applied)- Cashapp & Apple pay are available! -Cashapp- $Nychel98   -Apple pay- I will send a request to the clients' phone number with $5 card fee applied! Please be aware to elude inconveniences.

• All clients must sign-in to booking link & create his/her own profile as consultation! Please include your birthdate also for a special gift on your special day! ​

​

• PSA- House calls are available! All travel requirements are listed below! I travel often from Birmingham, Chelsea, Tuscaloosa, Leeds, etc. area, therefore my schedule is set. The travel fee + retainer is required when booking! Please contact for all questions NOT listed here! Text messages are preferred & are 1st priority while in the studio working!

• PSA- No child is to be unsupervised by a guardian in the work area! No Exceptions! (Kids will break things & the guardian will be responsible for reimbursement at end of service!)

• Please be aware & understand I try my best to service & accommodate everyone in a timely manner that books an appt. when traveling, therefore re-schedules due to weather & emergencies unforeseen are available! The $25 retainer is non-refundable but can be transferred within a 14 day grace period & the client will receive a 25% off gift certificate used towards appt. due to the inconvenience from nail tech only.

•  I do not rush through any of my services love, so please book accordingly or your appt. maybe forfeited! No exceptions.

• Cancellation of appointment due to client "at will" termination will result in a surcharge invoice fee of 100% service charge that will be sent to client for service withheld & must be paid before booking another appt. ever again! The $5 card fee will be applied to all debit card transactions! No exceptions!

-Please note a record is being kept so please don't try to be fraudulent. We see you love! Communication is key to elude inconveniences or you will find yourself banned from booking!-

       VIP & Squeeze-in Appts. ​​

​

• All VIP appts are $250. Payment is due in full at time of booking & a square payment link will be provided! These appts. are for the ladies/gents requesting VIP "celebrity" treatment! Do NOT book if you are not serious! No exceptions! 2 services of your choice, a complimentary snack & a bottle of wine for the experience is all exclusive for ages 21+! (Gift packages coming soon! Stay Tuned!)

• All squeeze-in appts. are available for a additional $25 fee added to retainer! $50 will be your total retainer due when booking! Please include service in the notes section so I know what you are requesting or simply text me & i got you love! Must be payment ready!

• Failure to send full retainer payment ($50) or canceling immediately after booking a squeeze-in appt results in you receiving a 100% surcharge invoice for services withheld/time wasted & must be paid in full to book again ever! No exceptions!

              Travel Requirements 

​

• PSA: House Call services are available! The travel fee is $40 so please add it to the retainer! $65 is your total plus your services booked! Please be aware! Anywhere beyond Birmingham surrounding areas is a $100 travel fee!(Tuscaloosa, Chelsea, Calera, etc) Please be aware when booking love!​​​

• A private address will be provided on the day of the appt. via text! All home call appts. travel fee will need to be applied where applicable when booking.

• Client is responsible for designated area needed to conduct nail service(s) in a timely & comfortable manner for home calls or your appt. may be forfeited! No exceptions. I have the right to refuse to work in uncomfortable settings, so please be aware when booking!

​

• Please text 205-810-1301 all inquiries/questions regarding service(s) before booking to check for accurate availability for the month/week if not shown via site calendar! 205-690-3619 is still an active number! It is being converted over & changed to the 205-810-1301 automated phone system!​​​​

• If for any reason you are NOT satisfied with your service, the retainer is non-refundable & the subtotal will be accommodated where applicable! No worries love! Please don't ever leave unsatisfied & not voice your concerns whether verbal/via text! Constructive criticism is welcomed & needed for the growth of my business development! Thank you!

• An automated email & text will be provided once appt. is booked online & paid! Please always check for both updates!

• Client will receive a reminder email & text on the day of the appt.!

​

• Keep in mind if the travel fee is not applied by client it will be applied by nail tech where applicable, or the appt. will be forfeited! No exceptions love! Please be aware the 100% surcharge fee will be applied!

   No Call/No Show Appts.

​​

• All No call/No show appts. will result in cancellation of appointment due to client "at will" termination & will result in a surcharge invoice fee of 100% service charge that will be sent to client for services withheld! You must pay off your debt before booking another appt. ever again! Please respect my business & my clients! Keep in mind a record is being kept, so please don't try to be fraudulent.

If any issues arise with nails lifting, breaking, or falling off within 24 hours of service the repair(s) are free of charge!

​

My nail retention is top tier before a fill-in or rebalance is needed, so if any major issues arise before that timeframe is up (2+ weeks), you must provide proper documentation of failed nail retention & will be accommodated for your inconvenience love!
